Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a high energy total body workout. More dynamic than contemporary Yoga styles, Power Yoga combines fitness training with stress release in a single workout. the following synchronization of breathing and movement enables you to increase strength, flexibility, stamina and concentration. Energy levels are improved, weight can be reduced, and the mind left calm and focussed. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels, and for beginners up to intermediate standard.
Hatha Yoga
Yoga for every-body! Relax with a fitness-based style of yoga that focusses on breathing, increasing flexibility, building strength, and toning your body. Improve your mental awareness, athletic performance, and overall health with yoga, a mind-body workout designed for ALL ages and fitness level!
Bodyworks
This is a studio based resistance training programme that offers you the opportunity to tone up all the main muscle group - bums, legs, and arms. It is a 'no-nonsense' workout using simple moves that demand effort, rather than co-ordination. People of all fitness abilities, hand weights, stretchy bands and mats, as the weight lifted can be easily adjusted.
Kickboxing
If you are looking for an intense workout and a fantastic way to release stress, kickboxing is the exercise for you. Kickboxing is a great cardio workout that will burn fat. At the end of each class, we will have a short abs workout. Be ready to work hard, sweat, and feel burn!
Pilates
A class for all ages and fitness level to prosper in. Though a series of floor exercise we will focuss on body sculpting, flexibility, improving posture, and increasing strength and flexibility. Come and relieve stress and tension.
Spinning
Spinning classes at Maju Gymnasium are among the most popular group exercises. Each 45 minutes class (class length may vary) is taught by an instructor who leads the class through varying cycling routines. The class provides a great cardio workout and plenty of motivation along with great music.
Ballroom Dancing
Got more, got rhythm. Then bring it on and have fun! Part dance class, part dance party, and all funs with added bonus. You got your workout at the same time! Not for the timid at heart. Come dance and let loose!
Mix Dancing
If you are looking for an alternative workout to the regular exercise class then this is your class. Whatever your current fitness level and regardless of whether you have two left feet, this session provides you with a chance to enjoy and experience salsa and jazz dance styles. The class starts off with a gradual and progressive warm-up and ends with a relaxing cool-down and stretch which incorporates some core conditioning work. All are welcome.
Latino Jam
This is a dance class based around Latino Dance moves. Highly recommended for those who loves dancing for fitness.
